Intro to Climbing

Today I've been out climbing at Stanage Edge with Steven as an introduction to rock climbing. Fortunately for the majority of the day, the crag was bathed in sunshine before low cloud and rain covered the edge. Despite this we managed to climb a range of routes at the 'Popular End' including Hollybush Crack (V Diff), Flying Buttress (V Diff), Black Hawk Hell Crack (Sev 4a) and Inverted V (VS 4b) amongst others, followed by some bouldering to focus upon technique at the Apparent North End of the crag - not bad for your first day of rock climbing!
