Yesterday I was out bouldering in the Yorkshire Dales at Slipstones. This relatively isolated gritstone crag to the west of Masham (the 'home' of Black Sheep and Theakstons) provides absolutely fantastic rough gritstone in a beautiful setting and is well worth a visit, although fortunately not a great number of people seem to visit the place.
